The Samsung Galaxy S3 recently launched in the United States to favorable reviews and incredible popularity. The phone is so popular, in fact, that three of the four big phone networks of AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile are declaring delays in shipping and in-store availability.
While many of the specs remain the same: 8-megapixel camera, 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD screen, excellent battery life, and brushed poly-carbonate housing (that comes in “Marble White” and “Pebble Blue”), the handset that AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon and US Cellular will be releasing in the States boasts a few rather significant differences. Additionally, AT&T announced that customers will also enjoy an exclusive access to a red version of the device, hence, expanding the color options to three - white, blue, and red. Furthermore, the Samsung Galaxy S3 will be available for $199.99 together with a two-year contract. AT&T stores will also offer a 16 GB microSD card for $39, for those who want more storage on the device.
