At first, I want to thank you for your wonderful tutorial. It was really easy to follow and everything went succesfully however, I experience a weird problem.

The only issue I have with my phone is, when I receive incoming calls or call somebody else, the person at the other end hears me perfectly fine, but their sound through my frontal speaker sounds robotic / distorted / metallic. Whether I put it on loud or not.
And also, when dialing someone, even the dial tone you hear before someone picks up, sounds distorted.

I’ve really looked everywhere on the internet and couldn’t find a solution to my problem.
    I’m 100% sure it’s either a rom / modem / baseband or csc issue.

Do you have any tips or clues?

    Android version: 4.1.1
    MIUI Version: 2.11.23
    My baseband is: I9300CEDLI1

    Kernel version:

    MIUI-2.11.23 JRO03C

I am living in The Netherlands.
